Student Incentives

You never know when you might need/want a quick something to motivate students.  I created an expandable folder with a bunch of positive (and some reminders) notes about behavior.  There are notes about paying attention in class, participation, and behavior.  Making them up ahead of time has encouraged me to pass them out when needed.  The kids get a kick out of getting a note.  I can also quickly personalize them so they are more special.  It helps remind me that sometimes kids need more than verbal praise.
