Five for Friday - Back to School

This past week has been a whirlwind of activity.  I am officially back to school (although I don't see students until Monday).  Happy Five for Friday!

Back to School Resource Packet - In honor of starting back to school, I decided to put my resource packet on sale through Monday.  There are plenty of sheets to get you ready the first week of school. It's on sale for only $1.20.

My Sister's Wedding - A big reason I haven't posted much in the past week was because I had my sister's wedding.  It was beautiful.  I must admit, it was hard making sure that my classroom was mostly complete before leaving town for everything.  It was definitely worth it!

My brother, sister, and me.

Co-teacher - I just found out I will have a Special Ed co-teacher all day, everyday this year.  I am shocked!  It's been years since this has happened.  I look forward to working with this teacher.

Jewelry Class - I was even able to throw in a jewelry class in the midst of everything else going on.  I love my new pieces and can't believe I made them myself!

Cats - My furry babies are finally getting along again!  I am glad the cat fight is finally over.  I hated having to keep them separate.

  4. Hi Beth,

I happened to chance upon your blog and found it very interesting!

We have recently launched a science app that uses augmented reality to enhance classroom teaching. The app has 3D models for kindergarten to grade 12. I thought you might want to check it out and may be review it on your blog, if possible.

It is a paid app(with a few models free) but in case you are interested in trying it out I will be happy to provide you with a free copy.

The link to the app is:

You can also search for the app on the app store as 'Augmenter'.

Do let me know if you would be interested. I am really Looking forward to your response.

    happy teaching!
