Irate Parents

All year long I have had to deal with a difficult parent.  No matter what I do, it is wrong.  She is driving me crazy.  I am at least glad that I have my principal's support and proof that she is lying about me.  This does help.  Does anyone else have crazy parents that they need to deal with?  How do you respond?  All I can recommend is keep lots of proof to prove your situation.
