Friday has been a traditional day to test students. I wanted to do something different this year. While I still do a couple of tests, I know have a project each Friday. Some projects are researched based. Some are creating an artifact of some sort. My students are really engaged while doing these projects.
Tomorrow, we are going to finish researching our people for Black History Month. We are also going to decorate the door for Dr. Seuss' birthday. Now I actually look forward to Fridays. They are not stressful. My students enjoy them too!
