Place Value Recording Sheet

Today, I decided to work on some school work.  I created a Place Value Recording Sheet that you can download for free on Teachers Pay Teachers.  

With this activity, you need to roll different dice.  I used different colored blocks for each set of dice (ones, tens, hundreds, and thousands).  The students roll the dice and record their results on the sheet.  This can be modified for the different grade levels (only use ones and tens for younger students).  I plan on using this as a whole class activity.  Then, I will put this in a guided math station.
