Not Teaching

Today is my first full day not officially teaching.  My co-teacher/resident will be teaching for the next 6-8 weeks.  I worked with 3 small groups comprising of students from the entire third grade.  That was nice.  It definitely is a different change of pace.  I am trying to look at the positive.  I knew this day was coming.  I have an amazing resident that needs the opportunity to have the classroom for herself in a while.  We will see what happens.  I have plenty of projects to keep me busy.
